types of preventative maintenance and 
emergency call out contracts.  Fully 
comprehensive 6 hour response, premium 8
hour response and standard next working day
response using own experienced service and
commissioning engineers.

 

SUPPORT

On Line Service Support
Powertecnique offers a unique facility of on line 
service support. This provides real time diagnostic
analysis with direct technical assistance anywhere
in the world. This is achieved via modem connection
through the RS232 interface on many of our UPS
options using PSTN landline or cellular network,
communicating directly with the Powertecnique
service support department.

 

TRAINING

Installation Training
Detailed and comprehensive training courses 
Concentrating on site installation with operation 
and maintenance procedures. This is available
either at the powertecnique training facilities 
within the UK or if preferred the customers
premises within the respective territory.

 

SPARES

Spare Parts
Available from Powertecnique in three different 
types of spare parts kits. Level 1 – emergency
spares consisting of main and control fuses whilst 
level 2 is recommended for 2 years operation and
consists of fuses as above with the addition of
principle control boards. Level 3 has been
developed for 5 years operation and incorporates
all items in Levels 1 & 2 with the addition of control
boards, fans and switching devices.
