Powertecnique have a comprehensive range of network enclosures complete
with a flexible accessories range which feature:
Base
Closure Kit
The closure panels of the base (plinths) allow to choose among a blind, a
ventilated floor or cable entry configurations with brush stripes against
dust. Side cable entry is also available.
Vented
Roof
The vented roof consists of a pre-cabled panel with 2, 3, or 4 fans of the
noiseless series. The modularity of the roof’s structure allows a mixed
housing of blind panels with fans or cable-entry panels; panels can be
placed both lengthwise and obliquely to the front of the enclosure.
Shelves
Kit
Shelves with several dimensions and for small/large loads are available;
shelves can even be fixed to the rear of the 19" frame. For superior
requirements a shelf with telescopic slides is available.
Cable
Management
A special series of accessories is dedicated to cable management and
wiring in order to obtain a tidy cable distribution. Cable management
panels to be mounted on the side or in front of the mks and shunting rings
to be fixed on the side are available.
Flexible
and Modular Base
All enclosures can be equipped with castors or base on castors.
The floor cable entry is simplified by removable panels, plinths removable
on any side having an height of 100 mm. Ventilation is always present
thanks to the door frame with slits always included in the system.
Easy
Assembling
The exclusive mks design allows to easily assemble the enclosure in few
minutes even by untrained personnel. The fixing referral points are
clearly described on the exploded view and always marked on the framework
parts. Furthermore, being equal, base and roof of the enclosure may be
exchanged; they are easily and safely placed on the freestanding structure
obtained by the four mountings which together with their outfit create a
robust framework for any kind of application.
Multi-Vendor HW Compatibility
The mks system allows the easy installation of the most sold and popular
servers and network devices suitable for rack assembling. Moreover, adding
a simple frame adapter, it is possible to place in the same enclosures
22" and 19" equipments.
Withdrawing
19" Framework
The four 19" slides can be easily withdrawn, or placed depending on
need, moving and matching them with the pre-formed fixing holes both on
the base and the roof. The 19" slides supporting the framework of the
enclosures allow to shift the structure without disassembling the
framework.
Reversible
Door
The mks reversible doors mount only tempered glass according to 626 norm
as provided by UNI 7142. Thanks to a double possibility to place the
hinges on the jambs, when assembling you can decide if the door should
have a right or left opening. The ventilation slits placed in the front
door are inserted in an innovative design, besides the possibility of base
and roof placed vent panels.
Wide
Solution Range
Adjustable depth and width allow the installation of the enclosures in any
environment and condition, even crucial. It is possible to choose between
different height sizes depending on the 19" units required,
guaranteeing a safe housing for the appliance also for future
improvements. The mks rack wall mount line matches with the requirements
of small infrastructure and remote network nodes that do not need large
housing. The lock system with sole key’s map allows to place the
enclosure everywhere, excluding accidental infraction. Standard colour:
dark grey. Available: RAL 7035.
Electric
Power distribution mks
The useful power distribution modules are the ideal solution for cabling
and powering the interior of the enclosures. They can be equipped with
magneto – thermal breakers, light indicators and multi-standard outlets.
Models with Powertecnique protection filters are also available.
Multi
Switch Box
MBS, placed in a module 19"-1U, is equipped with two different inputs
and 9 independent outputs and programmable outlest. In case one of the
input lines falls, MSB automatically switches all the loads on the other
line. Any output outlet can be switched ON/OFF in remote mode and, when
using an UPS as power supply, it can be redounded. MSB is a stackable
device.
MPU
Rack mks
This is a module that allows connection of the enclosure system to an Ethernet
network using the SNMP communication protocol. It allows recognition and
mangement in remote mode of all the alarms emitted by the sensors.
Temperature
sensor
It allows the management of the internal temperature by programmable
commands to operate the ventilation system.
Vibration
sensor
Alarm generated in case of vibration or intrusion to protect sensitive
appliances.
UPS
Powertecnique
When placed inside mks enclosures the Powertecnique UPSs in 19" rack-mount
versions are the ideal protection for mission-critical systems. A very
comprehensive range of different sizes and solution is available.
Smoke
alarm sensor
Smoke detection and alarm in compliance with fire regulation.
Humidity
sensor
Alarm generated when reaching a preset humidity level.
Access
sensor
Alarm generated in case of unauthorised access to the enclosure.
