Customer Service Administrator (1 Permanent and 1 Temporary position).
An excellent opportunity to join our Service Department. We are seeking an individual with previous experience of working within a Customer Service Role and of working in a professional, challenging and high pressure environment. A good standard of education, you will be IT Literate, have an excellent telephone manner, possess excellent communication, organisational and timekeeping skills, be flexible in your approach to your work and duties and have multi tasking skills with the ability to carry out a number of tasks simultaneously.

Contract Sales Co-ordinator.
An excellent opportunity to join our successful sales team ensuring all UPS and Generator Hardware that is sold, has a Service Contract attached to it. Experience in the UPS and/or Generator industry is essential as well as extensive experience in Customer telephone contact/support/cold calling and telemarketing. A good standard of education is required along with an ability to work under pressure. You will be IT Literate, trustworthy, self motivated, a confident speaker with an outgoing and engaging personality and target, incentive and reward driven.
