PowerShelter
The PowerShelter is a unique modular power solution which has been designed and developed by Powertecnique with the express aim of providing essential no-break prime and UPS power to remote applications with a high degree of operational intelligence and the utmost reliability.
Used initially by the military, the PowerShelter can be utilised for all manner of power related applications in varying industry sectors including:-

- Disaster Support
- Oil & Gas
- Healthcare
- Utilities
- IT & Communications
The unique approach makes it ideal for use in extreme or adverse environments where power failure is not an option or where there is a need for a fast deployment of both prime and uninterrupted power such as might be needed for mobile satellite and IT communications.
Typical manufacturing times can be as little as 10 weeks from start to finish with costs kept to an affordable level depending on final end user requirements.
Although technologically advanced and complex in its design, the PowerShelter has 4 modular model types as standard. Each model is built within a typical ISO container ranging from 20-40ft enabling it to be easily moved by normal road, sea or air transport. The PowerShelter can also be produced to integrate with local power supplies or as a standalone system compliant with world-wide voltage and frequency levels including US, European, Middle East and Asian/Far East power. In addition to the standard PowerShelter product range, Powertecnique can also produce bespoke designs based on the end user’s specific site requirements and applications including 11kV solutions as well as varying fuel sources such as diesel, bio, gas and/or aviation fuel.
The unique modular and mobile approach of PowerShelter means that the final configurations are endless as shelters can be configured together to meet larger electrical power demands for permanent or temporary operation as standby or prime power sources.
